Serious curiosity
and a little fun.

Devious Dog Labs builds software for people with something on their minds: an idea taking shape, a decision with consequences, a question that deserves a little more thought.

We’re interested in what happens when technology makes room for curiosity. When it helps you notice an assumption, hear a different perspective, or ask the question you hadn’t quite found the words for. We believe good tools should strengthen your judgment and leave you in charge of what comes next.

That belief takes shape in Hearth, our personal AI Council. You bring the question. A small gathering of distinct AI voices explores it with you, offering different instincts, testing ideas, and working through the disagreements that matter. The aim is to help you understand your options well enough to choose your own way forward.

We care about how that experience feels, too. A difficult question deserves a welcoming place. Thoughtful design, peculiar companions, and a little humor can make it easier to stay with an idea long enough to discover something useful.

The practical choices matter just as much: your conversation history lives on your device, you choose the AI services you connect, and the decisions remain yours.

Devious Dog Labs is a place for serious curiosity and a little fun. We’re building tools we’d want beside us when the question is worth a little council.
